    Gary Clark Jr. is an American guitarist and actor based in Austin, Texas. Described as a savior of blues, Clark's resume has included sharing the stage with various legends of rock and roll.

    When I first Heard Gary C, I was struck by his Jimmy Page like heavy handed guitar playing. Also like guitar icon Page he has the ability to seamlessly meld genres.

    But I will admit his new stuff off Blak & Blu leaves me scratching my head scratch

    His new album is causing some controversy as everyone purchased it expecting a dynamite blues album and he went instead in an R&B direction with less guitar playing...

    Glad you like him Raserisk as he is a bit outside the "80s sound" mold
