I think I have a tip for you

    Recycle Clothes

Most people have too many clothes in the closet. One way to downsize or simplify your wardrobe is to recycle some of those clothes, especially the ones that are two sizes too small, throwbacks from twenty years ago or just plain out of style. Spend a day one weekend clearing out the back end of the closet and removing those clothes you have not worn in a year or more. Recycle them in a number of different ways.

1 Pass on clothes to other people like younger siblings, cousins, nieces, and nephews. You could also send clothing along for the children and grandchildren of friends and coworkers.

2 Give away the clothes in good condition to your local Salvation Army or Goodwill center. The donations are tax deductible. Look for drop-off zones throughout your community.

3 Take excellent condition clothing to a consignment shop that will inspect your clothes. Workers will assign a dollar value and go over an agreement with you regarding how much your cut will be when the item is sold. In the end, someone is selling it for you. You get a share. It's a win-win situation.

4 Have a garage sale. This way, you can recycle your clothes and any other extra stuff lying around.

5 Recycle slightly stained white shirts into beautiful new tie-dye versions.

6 Cut seriously stained clothing into squares for use as rags. These will come in handy when it's time for some spring cleaning

7 If your jeans have shredded bottoms or holes in the knees, cut them off into shorts. Make short shorts if you desire. Cut away the crotch area for a mini-skirt.

8 Send a box of clothes to a country or area in need due to disease or natural disaster. You can find a use for your old clothes in this manner through your church or other charitable institution.

9 Make a quilt from old clothes. Use baby clothes for create a collage quilt. Cut other clothing into squares and various shapes for making other quilt patterns.

10 Create textile art with recycled clothing in various fabrics and patterns.

11 Offer older clothes to a vintage clothing store

12 Offer your church organization any clothing of value for sale in their church bazaar or other fundraising activities.

13 Wear them till they fall off you

I hope all these help you!!

That's a lot of clothing....with all that clearing out, it would be quite expensive to replace them don't you think... scratch Tip 7 bothers me somewhat!

People on bicycles, why not try stopping at red lights like everyone else,
instead of riding up onto the pavement to avoid them. Wreaks with my head. Grrrrrr!

People with multiple motorcycles should buy a convertible and paint Motorcycle images on each side,
making sure to paint 2 different designs.
Since you cannot ride both at once, this will allow you to appear to.
As a bonus you can put the top up when it rains .

When shopping, take one grape to the till. It won't register on the low-tech, insensitive scales so you will get it for free. Repeat this procedure 100 times or so and you have yourself a free bunch of grapes. ok

Fool passers by into thinking you keep a bird of prey by walking down
the street wearing a leather gauntlet, waving a piece of raw meat in
your hand and constantly looking up into the sky.

Shop Assistants: When a garage mechanic comes to your till, add on a selection of random items they didn't know they needed and charge them £50 labour costs for the transaction. Idea

    One for the Frost.
If a car breaks down or stalls in front of you, beep your horn and wave your arms frantically. This should help the car start and send them on their way. cruise

When listening to your favourite CD, simply turn up the sound to the volume you desire - then turn it down three notches. This saves your wife having to do it. stereo

Would you believe I have one, well sort of... One side is the single and the other is the DVD Video, I was hoping that would catch on with other artists but that never came to fruition. Cry

I have some double sided DVD's but there are more fragile than normal CD's

I would imagine having audio on one side of a DVD is asking for trouble (wear and tear wise)

I have a few too - Ringo Starr of all people released one with music one side and DVD the other. They never seem to play very well, and make funny slipping noises in my CD player!

But ... we're getting off topic now!

No your not! I quantify that as a tip! "Don't buy double sided CD's / DVD's", they are useless!
