Post by purpleblues1 on Thu Jun 03, 2010 3:32 am

quietly and in a random fashion ob this:-
    PB podcast 61

I did the music layout a while ago, just got a new headset with mcrophone so did intro's all live without a script.. not a good thing, and next time I'll write it before I say it.
But in the spirit of spontanuity, I'll post this later.

    Ah!
I'm sitting here, with my finger poised above the download button! Bring it on!!!

I didn't have a script either for my Podcasts ... I always regret it and think 'next time I will have a script'. Laughing

Phone rings ... it's my work-colleague's husband. It appears that he has locked himself out of the house! Oh no. My colleague has to go home straightway, to let him in!
Home alone in the office .... Laughing

Two seconds later I switch on PB's new podcast!!! cheers

    (Thank you Jason)

I'm about 20 minutes in - and I love it! Some great music (as expected - most noticeably a breath-taking guitar solo some 10 minutes ago!)) and a great DJ!!!
Competition for Maceo? Definitely! But in a very different way. It's late night and a BBC-tinged voice quietly chats together the tracks.
No reason to have any doubts PB = this is excellent!!

PB, was able to listen to the podcast (with ipod speakers) while home in Pittsburgh and really enjoyed it. Didn't have the playlist in front of me so perhaps enjoyed it more not knowing what was coming. Was unfamiliar with much of it, but the groove kept me going.

btw, did you know you have a british accent? I somehow had a 'ol southern drawl attached to PurpleBlues music3

A compliment indeed.. like to have been a "Wild Eyed Southern Boy" but , the BBC accent gave the game away. more home county than 'gator county .. Smile
and as promised, you own cover for the upcoming podcast 7...
